About the Job
This full-time position requires a senior-level professional with 5-8 years of experience who can effectively manage projects remotely from South Ethiopia Regional State. The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil and structural engineering projects.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams.
Ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
Monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections to ensure quality control.
Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, tracking performance against goals.
Facilitate communication between team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.
Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
