4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, credibility, and legality of any parties or listings you engage with.
EthioListing does not vet or guarantee the authenticity of listings or sellers. Use caution, meet in safe public locations, and report suspicious activity immediately.
Users are encouraged to conduct transactions at police stations or municipal compounds for safety.
Do not share sensitive personal information (e.g., home address, bank details) with unknown parties.

5. No Liability for Transactions

EthioListing is a listing platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, employers, or service providers. We:

Do not guarantee the quality, condition, legality, or accuracy of listings;
Do not facilitate payment, delivery, or any dispute resolution;

Are not responsible for loss, damage, fraud, injury, or dispute resulting from listings or transactions.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and limited use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We prioritize data security and user confidentiality, but:

You are responsible for safeguarding your account;
We cannot guarantee 100% security of data stored or transmitted;

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
