How to Use HelloCash
To use HelloCash, a user generally needs to open an account. This can be done by:
Registering via a HelloCash agent or partner bank branch with a valid ID (Kebele/Regional ID, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.).
Self-registration after being invited by an existing user via the app or Telegram.
Once registered, the service can be accessed via the mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store), USSD shortcode, or web portal. Transactions are typically secured with a PIN.
